Alpha Esquires of Inglewood is dedicated to helping young men build confidence, character, and leadership skills—preparing them to win in school, in their careers, and in life.

In Los Angeles County:
Only 3 in 10 Black students read on grade level.
Only 2 in 10 meet math standards.
Just 76% of Black students graduate high school on time.
Only 39% of Black adults in Los Angeles hold a college degree (vs. 62% of white residents).
But with a mentor:
Youth are 95% more likely to complete high school.
3.5× more likely to stay enrolled in college or training.
